If you choose to shop in one of our stores (as opposed to online) there are a number of extra services we can offer! Of course visiting one of our stores means you get to see the full range of product available, test ride bikes before you buy, and chat to our helpful and knowledgeable staff in addition to the services below.

Test Bikes & Demo Rides
We understand that a bike has to feel right  and the only way to find this out is to test ride it! You can test the bikes while you are at the store and take home the one you like - all on the same day! We also have a range of demo bikes so you can properly evaluate a bike out in the real world before buying. These are available to demo for up to two days.

EziPay Financing
With no interest ever, EziPay is a great way to fund your next bike! Simply pay a 10% deposit, the administration fee, wait 5 minutes while we fill in the forms and away you go! No hidden interest, no sneaky contracts that end up costing you heaps.

What you need to use EziPay:
• Be over 18 and a permanent resident of Australia
• Have a full-time job or be an Aged Pensioner
• Payment can be via Direct Debit to a credit card or bank account

You can get up to $5000 credit on any bike, part, accessory or combination of all! EziPay is the easiest way to get up and running on a new bike with minimal outlay

Insurance
No one wants their pride and joy to get stolen, which is why we offer a huge range of premium locks!
Unfortunately locks don't stop everyone and accidents can happen! Starting at just $79 per year you can insure your bike against theft and accidental damage, as well as get cover for third party property and personal damage through Swann Insurance and their CycleSmart cover.

Cover is arranged in-store and begins immediately. It's very easy to set up and you can have piece of mind that your bike is covered should things go wrong!

CycleSmart, Bicycle Insurance will cover your bike against accidental damage, fire and theft. We'll even cover you for any legal liability for damage to other people or their property.*

To help you decide what level of protection is best for you, you can choose from three levels of cover:
• Recreational cover
• Commuter cover
• Elite cover

* Subject to terms and conditions set out in the PDS.

Key Features & Benefits

Recreational / Commuter / Elite covers
We will provide cover if your Bicycle is:
• accidentally damaged, or
• burnt, or
• stolen from a locked building, or
• stolen whilst securely locked to a fixed object, or
• stolen from within a locked vehicle. 

Third party liability cover is also automatically included with all CycleSmart - Bicycle Insurance covers.

Third party liability cover
CycleSmart - third party liability cover insures you for up to $1,000,000 including legal costs and expenses, for loss or damage to someone else's property, or death or bodily injury to other people as a result of any one accident during the Period of insurance involving your Bicycle anywhere in Australia. This cover is also extended to any other rider using your Bicycle with your permission.

Additional Cover

Commuter & Elite
We extend cover to include Accessories which are accidentally damaged or if they are stolen when the Bicycle is stolen.

Elite
We extend cover to include:
• when you are using your Bicycle for racing, and
• any accidental damage to carbon fibre components or components made of similar material.
