Payment Options
Payment via BSC Bikes online are either by Credit Card or Direct Debit.
Credit card payments are verified via our secure payment area using the eWay payment gateway. Notifications are emailed for all transactions to the supplied email address at time of ordering.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD only via our online store.
Please contact us directly if you wish to purchase using AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Direct Debit requests are accepted however purchases will not be shipped until payment has been verified and registered against the corresponding order numer. Please be sure to identify your direct debit accurately to ensure timely delivery of your purchase.
All prices listed include GST.
All transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
Refunds
In addition to your statutory rights, you may exchange or refund a product in any of our stores within 14 days of purchase as long as all packaging is intact and the goods are as sold.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you can not make it in to a store, you may arrange to return the goods by mail at your own expense.
Shipping
All purchases will be shipped within 7 working days to the nominated delivery address listed at time of purchase. Freight on all orders within Australia are set by Australia Post. Orders outside of Australia are not currently supported through this website, please contact BSC Bikes directly if you wish to arrange a special order.
For all orders containing bikes you will need to click on the FLAT RATE shipping fee totalling $90 for delivery by courier throughout Australia.
For all non-bike orders you will need to click on the AUSTRALIA POST shipping fee which calculates your shipping fee based on your postcode entered in the delivery address for delivery by Australia Post throughout Australia.

What if the product I order isn't what I expected?
No problems, simply contact us via email or drop into one of our stores within 14 days to change it over or get a refund. Make sure all the packaging is intact and the product as sold.
Do the products have a warranty?
Yes! One of the big advantages of shopping with us is that all products are backed by a warranty right here in Australia. The warranty can vary from 30 days to Lifetime, contact us if you need further information.
I can't find what I want on the website, can I get it?
Yes! If we don't have what you want it's probably simply because we haven't uploaded it. We carry a bigger range than any bike shop in Australia, and if we don't have it, we'll get it for you! Simply email through the "Contact Us" page os give us a call on 1300 BSC BIKES.
