Workshop

All our professional workshops are fully equipped to handle anything from a simple service to fork servicing, hydraulic brake repairs and frame preparation. Our city stores offer early morning starts for convenience and can usually offer a same-day turnaround provided your bike has been booked in.  Our team of expert mechanics will make sure the job is done right and done on time.

With no job to big or too small, our mechanics are happy to explain what may need doing to your bike, or what has been done. All workshops are in full view of customers so you can see the work being done or talk to the mechanics themselves.

• Frame preparations incl. headtube facing and reaming, b/b facing and disc tab facing
• Frame alignment
• Fork and shock setup
• Helicoilling of crank and other threads

All our bikes are thoroughly prepared before sale to ensure that you will have the best experience possible on your new rig. Sometimes this means waiting another half an hour or so, but rest assured, the wait is worth it.
We can also do custom builds so you can have exactly the bike you want, choose from our extensive range of frames from the likes of Yeti, Pivot, Colnago, Cannondale, Surly and Soma and we can build it with the parts you choose.
