What is ProCare?

ProCare is a Servicing and Loyalty program giving members access to a lifetime of free tune-ups on any bike bought from BSC Bikes.
ProCare also allows you to accrue loyalty points going towards discounts, free product and exclusive offers.

ProCare members get free basic bike-fits on any bike (must be booked in advance) to ensure you are comfortable and perform at your best.

Members will also receive priority email and phone technical support as well as free maintenance classes.
ProCare members will have access to our online booking system when it goes live.

There is also an option to join just the ProCare Loyalty program, this free program lets you accrue loyalty points, but does not include any servicing.

If you don't want to register for the new program - no worries! You'll simply remain on our old 12-month free-service plan.

Using your ProCare card is easy, simply show it when purchasing anything or booking your service! If you are booking over the phone or internet - simply quote your ProCare member number.

How much does it cost?

ProCare is free with every new bike bought from BSC Bikes.

For a limited time, customers who have already bought a bike from BSC Bikes can register online and become a member of the ProCare Program.
For everyone else, a ProCare membership can be bought for your existing or new bike for $250.

What do ProCare tune-ups cover?
 

ProCare covers the bikes listed on the back of your card.
A ProCare Tune-up includes the following:

- Gear and brake adjustment

- Lubrication of chain and pivots

- Tyre pressure check

- Inflation of tyres to the correct pressure

- Check of brake pad condition

- Check of Chain and cassette condition

- Safety Check

- Front and rear suspension adjustments

ProCare Tune-Ups do NOT cover:

- Replacements of parts due to normal wear and tear

- Parts or labour to replace broken parts

- Damage due to crash, poor maintenance, accident or abuse

- Cleaning of bike or drivetrain

- Flat tyre repair

- Wheel trues and spoke replacement

ProCare Tune-Ups are subject to standard workshop booking processes.
Please book ahead to ensure your spot, tune ups are all completed on the same day.

Want a ProCare Card but no bike tune-ups?

Sure! Sign up for our ProCare Loyalty program only and get all the rest of the ProCare membership benefits, discounts, exclusive invites, bike-fits and more.

You can also accrue points towards VIP status with a Loyalty card, plus, if you do buy a bike from BSC Bikes, you will automatically be upgraded to a full ProCare Servicing and Loyalty Card. Just show your card every time you shop!

Conditions:
ProCare applies to the original owner only and is not transferrable.  Proof of purchase may be required for some existing customers if our records are not complete. ProCare loyalty points can not be redeemed for cash. ProCare Tune-Ups may not cover all your servicing requirements.
